He can give you any recommendations you may need for your stay, including ideas for sight-seeing, restaurants, and night-life. Also, upon request, he will assist with shopping and transportation. He is very friendly and helpful, going the extra mile to make his guests feel comfortable. If any issues with the property may arise, he will be more than happy to resolve them.
